Delivery Policy

Expected Delivery Time:

• Within Pakistan for Unstitched: 3 to 5 Business Days
• Outside Pakistan for Unstitched: 7 to 10 Business Days

Shipping Charges:

• Within Pakistan: PKR 200 on buying one design and FREE delivery on buying two or more designs. 
• Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated on the size of package and destination.

Couriers:

• Within Pakistan: Call Courier 
• Outside Pakistan: DHL Express

We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.
For Cash on Delivery (or COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address.

Order Tracking

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

Customs and Duties

Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Zoha by Aymen Baloch is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.
